A little help.

Pebble Pals is made by Kitsilando Inc. for parents and caregivers aged 18 and over.

Contact us

Email team@kitsilando.ca with questions, feedback, accessibility requests, or a report about inappropriate content or behaviour. Include the playdate title or account name when relevant. Please don’t email passwords or information about your child that isn’t needed for your request.

Account and data requests

In the app, open My account → Delete account to request permanent account deletion. You can also email us for help with access, corrections, or deletion. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.

Release status

The iOS app is in development. Public downloads and live playdate participation are not available yet. Website previews use sample content.

Event questions

For venue access, registration, cancellations and fees, check the event organizer’s original listing. A Pebble Pals playdate does not reserve a place at an organizer’s event.
